Hey, guess what - I´m still alive and back from my trip to the USA! I arrived Saturday morning, without my baggage, but today my suitcase has arrived, so I´m complete again

The three weeks in the US were so amazing, I wish I could have stayed some time longer - but unfortunately my work started this week again. I haven´t had much time to relax from the trip, my jetlag yesterday was really bad, I almost fell asleep at work.

Right now I don´t have much time to blog, my grandma has returned from hospital and I haven´t seen her for some weeks, so I´m going to visit her in a few moments. I´ll write more about the vacation soon!

12 hours until we leave for the airport… I´m gradually getting more nervous, but I`m so looking forward to the trip!

This will be the last blog for the next three weeks, so the domain will be quite abandonned for the first month of its new registration period…

I´m not really in a blogging mood right now, next time I will have a lot more to write about, I´m sure

Ahhh, there are only 50 hours left til the departure… I think I´m beginning to get nervous, because today is the last chance to buy something I need for the trip, tomorrow no shops will be open and we are leaving so early on Monday for the airport that there won´t be any time left, too. But I keep trying to keep me calm by thinking that I can buy everything I need in the US!

After this blog I´m going to pack my suitcase - I got a a new one yesterday, I like it so much! It´s quite big, extendable and royalblue, so I will always see it when it´s on the baggage conveyor belt. I hope everything fits in, I´m staying 18 days in the US and I will need quite a lot clothes, I also plan on buying a lot

So the trip starts on Monday, me and my friend from Germany are going to stay at a friend of mine in Washington D.C. til Friday, then we will spend one week in San Francisco with a rental car, drive to LA and the Yosemite National Part, the next stop is New York (4 nights) and the last two days we will be spending with my friend in Washington again. I´ve never been to the US, not to speak of flying such a long distance.

I gotta go, much to do!

I´m so in love with this wordpress theme! I know it seems lazy because I used a premade layout, but I liked this one the moment I saw it and I have one big problem: I have no graphic editing program anymore… I used to have jasc paint shop pro when I had my other websites and I was quite good  at it as I was in practice, but then I closed my websites, wasn´t interested in online life anymore and somehow I lost my paint shop. And the trial version is not really sufficient, after 30 days of using it I must buy the full version and I think it´s just too expensive, I´m a poor student

I´m impressed by the improvements of wordpress! I had it installed some years ago, but now there are so many more features, I don´t even have to upload my own pages, I can do everything via the wordpress managing function.

I had my last exam for my theoretic term today, now I have 3 weeks off before I go back to my practical term and I will spend them in the US! Monday at lunch time is the departure to Washington D.C., I haven´t had time yet to be excited because of my exams, but now I´ve realised that there are only 3 days left to think about what to take along…

Perhaps I will escape my planning for the trip in the next days and add something to this website, I will at least blog once before I leave!

I´m so proud, wordpress works! I`ll blog later perhaps again when I´ve customized the site a bit and added some sites, although I don´t have much time at the moment - Germany´s Next Topmodel is on in 45 minutes
